Runners follows a Stormtrooper who, in a moment of conscience, defies the Empire rather than execute a young Force-sensitive girl. Together, the unlikely pair go on the run, and are hunted to the far reaches of the galaxy.

The film was made in a weekend as a submission to
Disney’s 2016 Star Wars Fan Film Awards, where it was honoured as a finalist.
